We are based in Baltimore, Maryland but serve clients across the US and internationally.
We have pioneered techniques to capture and create property panoramic 360° photographic images. Unlike most other aerial property photographers, we have many years of experience in real estate marketing, website, VR and App development. This enables us not only to capture stunning panoramic images, but also turn them into truly customizable, interactive and strategic tours.
MEET THE TEAM
PropPano Founder
Bill has over 30 years experience in commercial real estate marketing. He has a passion for assembling and directing cross-functional teams providing a multi-disciplinary perspective for creating new ways of communicating. For eight years Bill was chief collaboration officer for a design-driven technology consultancy founded on the concept of collaboration with best-of-breed creative professionals.
Bill also founded two successful graphic design firms specializing in commercial real estate marketing, and co-founded the first cloud-based technology platform for retail commercial real estate developers and brokers to manage and present property portfolios.
3deep Aerial founder and CEO
Mike experimented with the concept of creating digital 3D models of shipwrecks as part of his Graphic Design degree at Falmouth University. For the past five years 3deep have been well established in the marine, tourism and heritage sectors for their work with underwater 3D mapping, web development and interactive applications. 3deep are now expanding to take their knowledge and expertise to the skies, using the latest aerial (drone) technologies as well as remote imaging.
Located in the beautiful surroundings of Cornwall in the South West of England, 3deep Aerial serve clients across the UK and abroad.
HomeTrack Real Estate Marketing Founder, Owner
Craig launched HomeTrack Real Estate Marketing in 1995. He was one of the first professional real estate photographers to employ Matterport 3D photography for brokers. Hometrack provides professional real estate photography services and marketing in the Mid Atlantic US. Their goal is to assist realtors to shorten their sales cycle.
The Hometrack suite of photography products and services encompass real estate photography, 3D tours powered by Matterport, aerial drone photography, DSLR / HDR photography, graphic design services, printing, brand development, and logo design.
